Kerr Street Compassion Team 2009

As part of The Meeting’s House’s ongoing desire to reach out with compassion to those within our local community, we have been invited to come and partner with Kerr Street Ministries to lead one week of kid’s camp this summer. The Junior High Student Ministry at theUNDERGROUND will provide leadership in a number areas during the week, including drama, music, sports, games, Bible teaching and just plain fun. Please pray for us as we serve from July 20-24th!

Commissioning

Hey Everyone,

Just a quick reminder that the Kerr Street Compassion Team will be commissioned at all 3 services this coming weekend (Sun, July 19) at The Meeting House. During the regular announcement time at each service, the team will be invited on stage so that the entire community can get a glimpse of the students we are sending to Kerr Street, hear a brief outline of why we are doing what we are doing, and be exposed the the work that theUNDERGROUND is doing this summer in the area of local compassion.
